Throughout my career, I have applied disciplined risk management and continuous improvement principles across highly regulated environments, with experience in frameworks and systems including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 42001, Responsible Care Management System (RCMS), and Process Safety Management (PSM).
My background also includes Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, KPI development and performance management, HAZMAT response, and emergency first responder training. These experiences have shaped my approach to technology: practical, risk-aware, and focused on creating solutions that improve the way people work.
My passion for technology started right here in South Jersey. As a child, I was the kid with a Nintendo controller in my hands at age four, dialing into AOL by age seven, and embracing every major technology shift along the way — from the rise of smartphones to exploring emerging technologies like blockchain in 2020. Technology has never been something I simply learned; it has always been a language I naturally understood.
Outside of work, I am a family-focused person who values the time I spend with my wife and two wonderful children. My mission is to help organizations confidently navigate the future of technology while keeping people, processes, and communities at the center of every decision.
